So, I call them and they tell me that they cant verify my identity and that I need to fax over a cover letter as well as a copy of my SS card and driver's license. I got an error labelled 'NH' and had a message informing me to call. I attempted to unfreeze my account via their website. What makes this especially weird is that they had already required me to divulge my salary (which actually includes a separate check every month to cover my rent).Īnyways, they informed me that my report is locked, and that if I did not get it unlocked by the end of the week, my housing application would be terminated.
